Working with Brittany over there in the wound dept. she is lovely to speak with and vet knowledgeable about product.

I am still working on getting my father a wheelchair from this company. It is going on four months. I get NO call backs . they go from blaming the doctor office. I am so made at this company. We have e an gone down there and talk to them. They are useless. I hope my dad doesn't fall from his legs being week. He does not get to go outside much because his legs are weak. Have been interacting with these guys for 5 years now. We have had several emergencies with needing equipment quickly and were always helped out by friendly staff. The insurance call took a few minutes, but the employees were very quick with their part in the process. Will always come here for medical needs! Wish they carried oxygen so I didn't have to get mine through a national chain. 5 stars

To start, ive been billed and made payment twice for the same bill. The rep. Tom has been nothing but rude every time I've called to order supplies. I have had enough with this company and there lack of knowledge in customer service... Just because im over the phone does not mean that you can be rude .. Billing department has no clue how to do or keep track of payments arrangements.. Im done with this company and I hope NO one will use there unprofessional service not to mention i have recieved the wrong supplies and not been credited for them.. I would rate them with a neg.stars if this would let me

Brought my mom in for a wheelchair and some other supplies. Fantastic customer service, and a fun group to work with. They went above and beyond!

Very helpful customer service. Natasha was able to answer all my insurance questions.

supplies suppose to over night. 2 orders 5 days each time, makes me think supplies are shipped by mules
