Do not sign a lease agreement, Be very careful, I moved in over two months ago and have paid over three thousand dollars in rent moneys and they haven't done any thing that was promised when I signed the lease agreement. I was told that they would pressure wash the patio to get rid of the green moss and to put gravel over the muddy little yard area, nothing has been done, When I have asked the manager about it, she shrugs it off and says the owners are to busy to deal with it. It has made it hard to use or try to enjoy the patio area let alone to invite friends over to see the new place. Its no wounder the turn over is so great
