Durobilt Upholstery

I have used Durobilt for numerous pieces over the years. They are wonderful at their craft...perfect every time. Piping is straight, stitching is flawless, stuffing and cushions are smooth and comfortable. They have amazing customer service and they do stand behind their work. A button came off my sofa and they happily came to my home and repaired it...this was after three years of use. They are a friendly family run business with three generations working in their place of business. I highly recommend them!!

This company did all the re-upholstery work on my 2003 Lazy Daze RV, and it's beautiful. They generally do household furniture and furniture for stores, etc. I had seen some of their work in a couple of shops I visited in Tacoma. I asked where the work had been done, and they said it was Durobilt, so I went there. Durobilt did an excellent job, and if you have ever had to disassemble RV furniture that has been built exactly into spaces in an RV, you will not understand the difficult job they had. I want to praise them as publicly as possible, and this is just one way. Next, I'll be telling hundreds of my friends via the internet, about this company. I had a horrible experience with a company in nearby Sumner, Washington ( Infinity Coach ). They replaced the flooring and some other work. The contrast between the two companies is like the Alpha and the Omega.

I had my Dad's old leather chair and it needed to be recovered.. It was about 75 years old and in the family before I was born.. I wanted real leather, cowhide. I purchased enough chocolate colored skins from Centralia Fur and Hide in Centralia Washington and brought them to Durorbilt along with old chair. They completed the work in a timely manner. My wife was sure the leather wouldn't work and look sahbby... but to everyone's surprise it looks fantastic. And I love the feel and smell of the soft leather. I highly recommend them...

This company will not stand behind its work. After spending $3182 and specifically speaking with Al to find a durable fabric, the fabric is pilling within 18 months. The stuffing they used on the cushions is now lumpy and Al refuses reasonably work with us to make it right. We won't use this company again, and I would recommend you not either. I have worked with Durobilt for about 20 years, I have had the same two couches re covered 4 times and they do beautiful work, the pattern match and the tucking in perfect.Both men are really funny and easy to work with. It has been a real pleasure to go in and pick fabric and they pick up my big couches and chairs every time.
