I would give them a zero, if I could. I got a quote for timing belt, water pump and serpentine belts. They said it was going to be $425 - $450 out the door. An hour after I dropped it off I got a phone call letting me know it was going to be $507 plus tax. Asked how that could be. They told me the quote they gave me did not include serpentine belts. I told them very specifically when I was getting a quote what I was wanting to avoid any game.... it get better.

I got a call toward the end of the day when I was to pick it up, they called to let me know that the timing belt cover broke and I was responsible to pay for a new one. When I dropped it off the timing belt cover was in good working order and now they want another $70. Which brought my grand total to $600 out the door. Which was well over %10 the original quote.



I ended up paying them $500 and told them I'd pay them later, which I really mean a cold day in hell.
