        The apartments are priced good with a great location. There's a beautiful wetland in the middle of the apartments and a old style playgroung that my kids loved. The Manager Jovan Ness is a GEM! She cares about her propert and the residents there. One night I was locked out and she came in her pajamas at 3:30 from Puyallup to let me in and she did it with a smile on her face. I diffantly recommend these apartments if you like a quiet low crime community filled with honest hard working people.
