Lived there for five years for the money you pay for rent $725.00 they don't clean the hallways, children run around unsupervised, no parking, they only plow if there is a really bad winter storm at night when people finally get home so they really haven't plowed that much the garbage and recyclables are all over the parking lot, child write graffiti on the walls, doors, and building, maintence hardly comes you have to call the office and remind them, parties go on in the parking lot with people parting and drinking beer and smoking pot and hang outside for hours until wee hours in the morning, the pool has a life guard that just hangs out with her boyfriend and just eats with him while not supervising please if you are thinking about moving there you seriously need to reread this I wouldn't even recommend this apt to my worst enemy and that says a lot
