Hi I have been cleaning since 2012. I have been cleaning for 5 years on my own. My customers appreciate that I am reliable to show up when scheduled and I am someone they trust. I do my best to clean with quality,care and efficiency. Different people want different types of cleaning. I do my best to meet my customers wishes. Types of cleaning: Thorough and detailed. Regular. "Clean what can in time given." and quick cleans. I have all supplies needed, but willing to use customer supplies. I can clean daily (at this time), once a week, bi-weekly, once a month, and one time clean. $25-$30 per hour. Willing to negotiate price. Smaller homes/apt about $50-$60. Most customers about: $75-125. Bigger homes about $175-$200. I ONLY EXPECT TO BE PAID FOR THE TIME I WORK. I AM PAID per HOUR not flat rates.
