Joseph Anthony & Co

I have been to many salons from NYC to Florida to Syracuse; and I am extremely impressed with Joseph Anthony & Co. My initial reaction viewing the elegance from beautifully decorated salon, was "A salon this beatiful has too have a stuffy vibe!" Was I ever wrong! Even though I was a walk in client, the greeting from the front desk person (who happens to be one of the owners) was extremely warm and friendly! I felt instantly comfortable. I had a color disaster on my head; and was in need of major corrections! The stylist introduced herself and re assured me there was a solution! Not only did she "correct" my color; she re created me! I must say what impressed me the most was her willingness to please and constant communication with me during the process. She continuosly asked for my imput and opinion and corrected my color one step at a time. She took her time and insured I was 100% happy before leaving. How refreshing to have experienced such great customer service, artistry, talent and kindness in a local salon that I will be a "Permanent fixture to!"
