As Needed HealthCare at 5800 Monroe St. Bldg B. Ste 12, Sylvania OH 43560 has been established since July of 2007. We pride ourselves on providing quality services to all individuals to include senior citizens, and disabled persons. We believe that healthcare is a basic human right. The decision to bring a caregiver into the home is not an easy one. However, we believe that by providing continuing care in the home, our services minimize the effects of illness, accident, or disability. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each of our clients. Care is based on respect and dignity. We are locally owned and operated. We offer health care services throughout Northwest Ohio. We pride ourselves on being the industry leader in customer satisfaction. We provide professionally supervised health and social services that may include nursing, social work, home health aide, and state tested nurse aides. We provide services after hospitalization, for aging parents, companionship and respite care. We understa nd the essential significance of the aged, diseased and or disabled population. We believe the involvement of these individuals is no less important than the involvement of other members of society. Therefore, we are committed to providing home care services and training which promotes the greatest involvement, independence, and promotion of self-respect. As Needed HealthCare: Verifies criminal, reference checks and drug-screening of all healthcare employees. Verifies professional credential and licensure status of its healthcare employees. Provides continued employee education and training. Maintains confidentiality of personal client and employee information and is bonded and insured. R.N.'s,L.P.N.'s,Nurses Assistants CNA'S, STNA'S, Companions, HHA's & Home heath aides. Office hours are from 8:30 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday-Friday. On call staff available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.Now Accepting Private Pay, cash, most insurances, veterans & managed care consumers for your home care needs
