Incident date: 12/03/2015 approximately 6:30 pm. My daughter (a student at Western Carolina University) locked herself out of her car in the Walmart parking lot. We have AT&T roadside assistance, but there was some confusion on AT&T's part of which phone numbers were covered, however, Adam's towing was dispatched on her behalf anyway. She was told she would have to pay 45.00 out of pocket. She then called me to tell me what AT&T had said, so I told her to hang tight, I will fix it. I contacted AT&T and the issue was resolved and she is covered. They then sent a message to the Adam's towing driver who was already in route that it was covered. He then told the representative from AT&T and my daughter, forget it. He wasn't dealing with it..Too much conflicting information. My question is, what difference does it make how you are getting paid? Regardless of the method, insurance or cash, it shouldn't matter. The had spoken with my daughter and knew she was a young female, yet he chose to leave her standed. I understand you have the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime as a business owner, but through no fault of my daughter's, she was left STRANDED by this driver and this company which is the ONLY company within a 45 mile radius. In a college town, how can you ethically and morally do that, especially to a young female? I have AT&T roadside assistance to prevent me from having to worry about my children who attend school 3 1/2 hours away from home. It was a miscommunication with AT&T Roadside assistance which you have the contract with. Rather than leaving her standed in the WalMart parking lot..I honestly would have paid the 45.00 fee, but he didn't even want to be bothered, even though, initially, he was in route. How do you even sleep at night?

My daughter is a student at WCU and her wheel cylinder blew out this morning leaving her going downhill without brakes!! I am so thankful that I called Adam's Towing, Adam went straight out to his truck and was on the road while still getting her location. I can't express the gratitude I have for Adam she is 8 hours away from home and he put us all at ease by taking such prompt and good care of her.

Adam the owner is great.

Had a flat and no spare, Adam came and helped. Towed my car. had my dog with me also ans he was great. Super nice guy.

There should be a selector for...

There should be a selector for 10 on this 5-star scale. Charlie (my driver) and Adam (back at the base playing point man) took care of me like I was their own family. Charlie got me to the best place on earth to fix my bike (M-R Cycle in Asheville) while Adam got the second tow distance covered by talking to supervisors with my roadside assistance so that I didn't have to pay to get my bike to the proper dealership to fix it. (the first dealership that told us on the phone "YES! bring it in!" then told us it would be S-I-X days before they'd look at it) In a most difficult situation, Adams Towing, and Charlie & Adam gave me the absolute best chance for a positive outcome.



If you ever get stuck somewhere far from home with no idea what to do, you'd be lucky to get these guys to help you out.

UNFAIR!!!

If it's not bad enough to have your car towed just because you get stuck in the snow, you have to get bent over by a tow company like this one! If I never have to deal with Adam's Towing again it will be too soon! UNFAIR PRICES!!! WHAT A JERK!!!

I found the employees at Adam's Towing to be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My situation was handled quickly and professionally and I am completely satisifed with the outcome. I would recommend their services to family or friends.
