The Flint Islamic Center is a diverse and educated community with several professionals from the medical and engineering fields. It represents more than 25 nationalities. The center hosts events for weddings, Hajj, Ramadan, taraweeh and Eid Ul-Fitr. In addition, the Flint Islamic Center operates a gym that offers various membership plans to individuals and families. It organizes Arabic sessions, as well educational programs for boys and girls. The center maintains a staff of president, treasurers and secretaries. The Flint Islamic Center offers advertisements on computers, babysitting jobs, appliances, and sports and related equipment. It provides skilled staff in the areas of landscaping, painting, waxing and washing. The center maintains one of its locations in Swartz Creek, Mich.
