Dr. Lewandoski and his attentive staff got me back to the courts through a combination of strengthening exercises, stretching, balance, stationary bike, and several modalities. The swelling in my knee went away and I only have occasional tinges of discomfort. Dr. Lewandoski emailed the exercises so I can maintain my progress through a home exercise program.
