Schedule an appointment and called twice their answer machine trying to make an appointment with them for the first time; they never ever contacted me back!.

Contacted them again after 4 weeks and finally I spoke with "Angela". Made an appointment again but unfortunately I missed that day; Tried to reschedule and they denied it!!! staying that they do not have any for the next 2 Saturdays. Those people are not professionals with any ethics, this is discrimination!!!.

Complete Smiles has by far gone over my expectation from the moment I walked in. Dr. Yi and her staff has been nothiing, but great. I have always associated going to the dentist with being in pain. Honestly, I came to Dr. Yi, and she has been the most gentle dentist I have ever been through. She definitely takes the time to ensure that I am always comfortable. Even when she gives me my numbing, she takes the time to do it slowly to make it as least painful as possible.

I truly believe that she does care for each of her patients, and gets the gratification from helping out those in need. She always goes the extra mile. I recall a time where I did not like the shade of my crown, and she didn't even hesitate. She took the time to quickly send it back and I came back the next week. She's great, and I wouldn't ask for a better dentist!

I have been seeing her for more than 6 years, with mostly regular cleanings, fillings and crowns from time to time until last year. In early this year, I suddenly started to have serious dental issues with molar on left side and gum problem on right side at the same time.



She diagnosed me and sent me to a specialist. I have been going through root canal (from Dr. Katherine Yi), gum surgeries, molar extraction, bone grafts, tissue grafts and implant (from the specialist) to fix my dental problems so far. I felt very comfortable and at ease when I had root canal from her unlike my previous root canal experience from different dentist.



During all these treatments, she always followed up every step of the way with the specialist I have seen, and explained me in detail on how each treatment went and what the next steps are, either face to face or through phone. She even visited the specialist's office when I had implant procedure to make me feel comfortable during my implant operation.

Now most of difficult treatments are over and she will put crowns on my two molars near soon. While I was going through these painful, uncomfortable and scary procedures, I felt like she was walking with me all the time like family.



She is very honest, kind, thoughtful and caring doctor with execellent dental knowledge and treatment skills. She is also an excellent diagnostician, not hesitant to send one to an appropriate specialist when needed.



I am very proud of her and recommend her to everyone. I am leaving these notes to express my gratitude to her.

Dr. Katherine has been my dentist for years. Never have I been to a better, more caring dentist. Her gentle and delicate treatment skills made me very much at ease during cleanings or fillings everytime. I have never been scared of her dental work. Her and her staff's warm smiles made me even more comfortable. I'm so satisfied with her professionalism and I definately want to continue to see Dr. Katherine for several more years.

I have gone to quite a few dentists and this place is by far the worst. I had to find a new dentist when I got a new job and my insurance company changed and they were nearby so I went to them. I had already had an exam, cleaning, and x-rays done 3 weeks before by my old dentist, and when I called to set up my appointment I told them that I had up-to-date x-rays and a print out of the teeth that needed fillings and informed them that the exam and cleaning had just been done and that I wanted to make sure that I would not be charged for these things again sice they already had copies of everything they needed. They assured me that I would not be charged. When I got there and I was going over the work to be done with the dentist (Katherine Yi) surprised me by saying that she "only does white fillings". Well, I'm no expert but I expressed to her my concerns about my insurance company not covering white fillings (which are way more expensive than silver fillings) on back teeth. She assured me that it would only cost "a couple of dollars more per tooth". I asked her if she was sure it would only be a few dollars difference because I could not afford it and would have to come back at a later date if it was going to be more than that. She assured me again. S0, told her to go ahead and do the work.

3 weeks later I receive a bill from them for $145.00. $40 of this was for the exam that I didn't have done and wasn't suppose to be charged for, and the other $100 was the "few dollar difference" that should have been no more than $30. After calling them several times and getting the run-around, I finally speak to Dr. Yi about the situation and she acts like she had no idea that the white fillings wouldn't be covered and that her hands were tied in the matter. It's HER DENTAL OFFICE. SHE'S THE ONLY DENTIST THERE.

I ended up paying the bill because I don't want bad credit but she literally lied, point blank. I have since explained what happened to a customer of mine who is the manager of a dental office and she told me that they definitely knew that the white fillings wouldn't be covered and they knew how expensive they were going to be and that NO insurance company covers those and every dentist knows this.

Point is... this place sucks and they are greedy and deceitful. They will screw you with a smile on their face.
