Milam's Equipment Sales, Inc.

I purchased a track loader from this company, sight unseen. I dealt with a salesperson (Paul) who said they would rebuild this machine's under carriage and get every last item on it working before delivering it to me for $56,500. I put my trust in the wrong people. The machine arrived with the following defects: missing outside light, ceiling carpet falling down, rear window falling out (was held in by duct tape), broken gauges, broken stereo, extremely bent up door, and the big one- broken AC. I started calling Milam 6 weeks ago and each of the 7 times I've called- I was told that someone would call me back. No one ever did. Finally yesterday I got the owner, Ed, on the phone. I feel like most consumers would expect everything to work on a machine when this was promised by the salesman and delivered with a fresh coat of exterior paint. Ed had no interest in working with me to resolve my issues. There are other negative reviews of this company on the internet. Buyer beware.
