Dr.Mackenzie is amazing, very thorough, takes her time, and always answers any questions I might have. Will never go anywhere else!
We've transferred all of our dogs to this clinic when Dr. Mackenzie Vermey joined the practice. We've been thrilled with the quality of care and the exceptional service of the entire staff. We live in Milwaukee, but this is well worth the drive for us -- we have 6 dogs. From the front desk to the vet techs...they are compassionate, friendly and very welcoming. They know all my pets by name -- they don't need to check the chart for names. The clinic is clean and state of the art. Dr. Vermey spends as much time as needed to diagnois and treat your animal. Cost estimates are provided and alternative options presented to you for informed decisions. I will never take my dogs any where else! For example, my Golden Retreiver, was suffering and needed to be euthanized. Dr. Vermey, April (vet tech), and Nancy (front desk) stayed with us 3 hours after the clinic closed for the procedure. It was very emotional and both my family and my dog were treated with respect and compassion. I've had dogs all my life and have been to a few clinics in the Milwaukee area -- trust me, THIS CLINIC AND GROUP OF PROFESSIONALS ARE THE VERY BEST!
