Super friendly staff and a vet I felt I could completely trust. She took the time to explain what was going on and all that I needed to do to help my puppy heal properly. They squeezed me in for the appointment, so I really appreciated the fact that she didn't make me feel rushed.
That first impression is huge and starting with their receptionist when I arrived to another receptionist when I left, I received kind and very friendly service.
Compassion, excellent care, fair prices and honesty. What else could you need?

Staff and docs are the best!! Only vet in Susanville with x-ray and ultra sound equipment. Treat all are animals excellently and with compassion, and they accept emergencies.

Newly hired at CCC. Needed a vet because I just moved here. Asked around work, heard nothing but bad things about this vet office. Thought I'd call the office anyway to get some prices on spaying and neuturing on some pets I'm thinking about adopting. Lady that answered was rude to say the least. Very disappointed in the way she handled my inquiries. Guess people at work were right . No way would I recommend this place.
