Matrix Appraisal Group

I spoke in detail with Matt Martin from this company. He had promised me that he would do comps and schedule an appraisal. I gathered information for him and then tried to contact him again by three emails and one voice mail. He had promised that he would do the work and then never contacted me again. I even asked in a voice mail if he would please just call me if he can't do the work and he never responded. I felt this incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. If he would have at least called instead of wasting our time I would have appreciated it. I would recommend NOT using him.
