Everything is done online nowadays. Listings on mobile apps or websites are not updated in real time and you could spend days scoping out a home to later find out it hasn't been available for weeks. That's what I was dealing with every day. I would reach out to a realtor but could never get them on the phone for a quick conversation. It can be frustrating when you have no idea what to do or where to start when searching for a home.

David was the only person to give me a call to speak with me about what I needed in a home. He listened and spent weeks screening potential homes to make sure all of my wants/needs were met. We stayed in constant communication (text, emails, phone calls) and I genuinely feel that David always had my best interests in mind. We developed a great rapport from the first meeting, and honestly, that's hard to find these days. I truly felt like I was being taken care of by family. That's how invested David was in finding my family a home. He did an amazing job, and I would not hesitate to send my family and friends his way! I cannot say enough about him.
