        Overall

        The worst customer service I have seen ever. They changed fees after a signed contract. There professional skills with communication is awful and very rude.

        They added charges that were not in the contract and said they always add these charges and removed a insurance waiver I had added all of this after a signed contract and without my permission. I called back to cancel contract and they basically still took $985.00 out of my checking account and said it will not be returned uless the property is rented. Mind you I called within 48 hrs after signing to cancel. CHECK THE BBB.. THERE RATING IS A F..

        Overall
        Very poor service

        We had a great time on vacation, however many things were overlooked by Century 21 action. We did go back to topsail, but we will never rent from Century 21 action again. NOT RECCOMENDED!!!
