Got an awesome pair of ray bans and a free second pair of sunglasses which I love ! Kari was awesome and very helpful.

Medicare covers an amount ($125) of new glasses purchased after cataract surgery.
How is it a Vision Pro Optical employee can tell a customer on the first visit that they are a Medicare provider and then refuse to provide the Medicare required information when requested to file the claim? It seems I chose the wrong location to shop for glasses, as three different employees in the same store gave conflicting information. Upon checking with another location in Superior, I received another story as to why they could NOT provide a "Medicare supplier identification number." So yes, a very bad experience at this Superior location. Take your Medicare business elsewhere.
