We have been using Speech Language & More for the past 3 years with my son who has autism. Sadia started with my son when he was 9 and he's now 12 years old and doing remarkable with his communication and comprehension skills. Sadia is the therapist who is seeing him continuously for those 3 years, and she is wonderful. Yes, there may be times when she's 5 - 10 minutes late coming to us, but she always provide therapy for an entire hour or more. My husband and I understands that she's driving to us from other patients and things happen. She will continue to provide speech therapy for our son for as long as he needs it. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE!

i'm so glad i found this place! Sadia is the one who give speech therapy to my son, who is going to be 3 yrs this month and he wasn't talking at all . she's been seeing my son over a year, now my son it's doing great!! he started talking, understanding, listening, communicating, he just doing better every day.

Stay away from this practice! My daughter started receiving speech therapy from this place and she was seeing the owner herself, Sadia Palmer (notice that the she wrote a 5 star review about her own practice). Anyway, the day Saia came to do her evaluation she showed up 20 minutes late, no big deal, it happens right? So then she told me we would hear back within two to three weeks to start the therapy and didn't hear back until over a month later. Sadia came the first time (15 minutes late), second day we are waiting for her at our scheduled appointment time and no signs of her, minutes later she calls saying that she's at her gynecologist and won't be able to make it. She cancelled the session AFTER our scheduled time. But she did make sure to tell me when she came to do the evaluation that if I needed to cancel I had to do so at least an hour ahead of time. So the third session she shows up again 10 minutes late. Fourth session she was already 10 minutes late again which is when I text to twll her that this is not working out because of her lateness and she replies back with a long text saying that because they have to drive to people's houses they are sometimes late because of traffic. Uh, first of all, we ALL have to drive to our jobs but that doesn't mean that we are late all the time. And she was not late "sometimes" she was late every SINGLE time. Plus that's why you are supposed to leave your house/office with enough time so if you run into any traffic or emergency you still have time to make it on time. I requested if she had any other therapists my daughter could see and she just told me to find another provider. She even had the nerves to say that she stays with my daughter longer than a half hour which is what "my insurance is convering and she's not being compensated for." She NEVER stayed longer than 30 mins especially since she was late every time. And since this woman is the owner there's no one to complain to. VERY unprofessional. And now I have to waste more time to find a different provider after wasting all this time with this woman.
