The front desk women are reminiscent of the toddlers in my child's VPK classroom with both their skills in customer service and general social and scheduling. They play you off each other because no one will accept the responsibility of their incompetencies. I have never experienced fatigue and cramping from my resting bi(t)ch face, but it's been over 40 minutes from my scheduled appt time ("first of the morning") and I have yet to leave the visit room (for a PPD result read-again, my children could handle this) and who knows how long it will take before the first come, first serve lab ("Your appt is at 8:30) will be ready for me.

Why do I return back here?

Oh yeah, Obamacare. I am so screwed.
