I authorized one month of membership and canceled two weeks before my next payment. They took the money anyway. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact them. The help section on-line takes me to a page that is "unavailable" as it does not exist and when trying a second method on-line, I am told "the page is not available on mobile". I looked the company up and tried the phone numbers I found. The first one, I am reviewing now, has been disconnected. The others answer and immediately take me to nothing. Not disconnecting, just wasting my money, AGAIN, and my time. I then went into my account with my bank and got the phone number from the withdraw. It has a recording telling me to go back to the LinkedIn site for help. I have called that number repeatedly with no human contact. I used to see LinkedIn as a reliable, trustworthy company. Now I see it for the scam it is.
