Overall
Moving here was a huge Mistake...

Moving here was a huge Mistake! It was 3 months of misery.



The mobiles are really really old.... things constantly need fixing. My dishwasher and stove fan didn't work when I moved in. Took weeks to get fixed with multiple visits from maintenance not to mention I had to take time off work each time they came to "fix" it and nothing would be done. Took several calls and few days to get a garbage can. Bathroom faucet broke, power outlets blew (if they worked at all). The front porch was supposed to be re-carpeted (never happened!) I also heard that many of the units had roaches and ants. And if you complain about anything such as noise... nothing will be done.



The neighbors are awful... dogs run free, children play in the street, people blast music in the mobiles and cars all the time, plus certain places look like dump; cans, bottles, garbage bags, broken furniture just sitting on the sides or the porches.



They took $120 of deposit to clean carpets that were clean. I had to fight to get $200 back of my deposit for cleaning the mobile which in their words was extremely clean.



And I agree get everything in writing! They "lost" my 30 day notice. They did end up finding it but gave me a huge scare. I would get someone to sign a copy of your 30 day notice and keep it for your records. And it when you move make sure to get anything in writing they tell you at your move out. Because it will all change after you leave. Save all receipts and paperwork from them you may need it later for proof.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE

They will screw you over the first chance they get!!! they waited until 2 weeks before we moved in to tell us that we were denied, the said our credit report said we had been evicted!! BULL!! we we request our credit report that THEY got for our applications it said in big bold letters"NO EVICTION ON FILE" I think that because i told them they need to 1. FIX THE BUBBLING CEILING IN THE HALLWAY OVER THE LIGHT FIXTURE AND IN THE CLOSET (a $10,000 + fix) 2 FIX THE SLIDING GLASS WINDOW THAT DIDN"T SEAL (which they claimed they just replaced) 3 PICK UP BROKEN GLASS AND 100+ PILES OF DOG CRAP IN THE YARD!!! Im Glad they denied us cause not only did they loose a renter but now they'll be dealing with the city. YEP, I REPORTED YOU TO THE CITY INSPECTOR!!!! Have fun:)
