Owner John psychotic individual with no respect for anyone. He comes in at 10 o'clock every morning to yell at everyone from top of his Lungs and so loud that you can hear him from cross the street...I'm not exaggerating at all.
He made all he's employees knees shaking every 10 AM, 1:30 PM, and just before they go home.

I was his manager and I didn't like the idea that John forcing this girl operator while she was pregnant to run four machines for as long as I was there.

When I approached John and asked him why is he doing that, making this young pregnant girl run four machines which is near impossible to do, John started yelling at me Super Loud and treated me like a dirt so I decide to leave and I wouldn't go back for for $1 million.
