        Called them to verify that they had my battery in stock. They told me they did so I said "I'm coming to get it now. They told me they'd have it ready. I drove 45 minutes to pick it up. When I got there they said they didn't have it. I told them I called ahead to verify. He said, yeah I remember telling you that but we don't have it. No apology, no attempt to resolve the problem, just kept saying, "we don't have it". Very rude, bad customer service. I love interstate batteries but the guys at this branch don't seem to know what they're doing.
