Waste Pro

The owner of this company needs to pay restitution. I have never seen anything like this. This is going to become a public health hazard soon. Johns Island deserves better. No pickups for 2 weeks and counting.

They took my trash can two weeks ago. They've yet to replace it. No one calls back or answers the phone. Their service sucks.

Consistently late by up to three days. So late, in fact, that I am surprised when they even arrive on the right day. Unfortunately, they have a monopoly in our area, so we are compelled to use their services.

Simply crap. If you are bound by the county to use Waste Pro you can complain to the Director of Procurement of Charleston County.

Not a reliable company, Missed pick ups they could care less. The worst

No pick-up twice in one month, no call to explain the problem, and no refund for missed services. I had to call to ask, and the first time was told they were 'down several trucks'. Now I can't even get an answering machine to pick up to leave a message to ask when our trash from last WEDNESDAY will be picked up. When I have gotten through in the past, the customer service rep. was rude, unhelpful, and uninterested in any type of customer service. I'm switching companies to Republic ASAP. Republic also offers a recycling can and will pick up additional personal cans if there is too much to fit in their bins. The only reason Waste Pro even has ONE star is because I can't post this without it.

They suck we have 5 houses that they have to pick up. They come when ever they feel like it. 2 weeks come they finally pick up garbage. This has gone for over a 1 year now. There truck brake down is what they tell us.

Consistently misses recycling pickup, and calls to the office result in nothing but worthless apologies and excuses. I'm sick of having to put out my recyclables for days at a time HOPING that Waste Pro will grace us with picking them up. Not worth the trouble...go with someone else.

The worst garbage pickup service I have ever used. When you call for a missed pick up which happens to often they give you a run around. Use anyone else but Waste Pro
