Ivan Sr went on to become head building official of Charleson County during the 1970's. He passed the company on to his son Ivan Hilton Jr. Ivan Jr went on to become head building offical of Dorchester County. The company from then was passed to his son Timothy Hilton who has continued the tradition of excelent work and costumer satisfaction. T&T Mechanical Contractors is located in Summerville, SC and opperates throught the Chaleston area. T&T Mechanical Contractors specializes in residential and commercial plumbing, heating, air, gas, electrical, hydro heating, home inspecting and general maintainence.

        Wonderful wonderful.I could write 5 pages on how Tim Hilton helped me out.Has alot of expertise in all areas.He went beyond the call of duty for the mess I had at my house.I am eternally grateful to him.Thanks T& T you are the best.Deb Branham

        A few days before my mother-in-law came to stay with my family, we realized the guest bathroom toilet was broken. My husband is a "handyman" but we could not figure out the problem at all! I began calling around. T&T Mechanical Contracters was about the fourth place I called. Mr. Hilton was willing to come the day I needed and was extremely knowlegable. His prices were reasonable, he was done in great time and he even took care of a few other problems he noticed that might cause some other problems down the road. All in all Mr. Hilton was friendly, and we have had no more problems with that bathroom!
