I was recently represented by Tiffany Provence. In all honestly, if you are represented by one attorney at Provence Messervy, you are represented by them all. Ms. Provence and Mr. Messervy both helped me in my divorce and custody action, which I might add, was a complete nightmare before they became involved. Both attorneys worked extremely hard for me, and they got me quick, favorable results. They are very prompt in responding to phone calls and e-mails, and I never doubted whether my case was being worked, as I had with a previous firm. I have seen them both work in a trial setting as well, and they are very professional and respected by opposing counsel, as well as the judges. Not surprised to see this attorney with 5 stars. Their office is friendly and their services are reasonably priced. At some point I have met all the attorneys in this office and found them personable and willing to spend the extra time to make sure I was happy. The staff does the same. They maximize technology so that I rarely have to go in the office but when I do, it's a good experience. Before hiring an attorney, make sure to ask around. Those with the best reputations rarely have to advertise.

This firm was recommended to me by a co-worker who just had a nasty divorce. They spent almost 2 hours with me discussing my options. I never felt like I was being rushed or that any question I had was stupid. I have not filed for my divorce yet but when I do I will be returning to this office. I had another attorney talk to me for 30 minutes and charge me $200 for attitude and bad advice. Ask around before you hire any attorney.
