I'm only giving Driggers one star because none is not an option. I took my edger to get fixed, and they told me it would be a 6 week wait. It ended up taking them 8 weeks, only to be told they didn't have the tools needed to fix my edger. I tried contacting the manufacturer, since it is still under warranty, and they told me the shop would need to contact them to tell them directly they were unable to fix the item. When I asked the lady working, she told me their phones were down. I offered to let her use my cell phone, and she barked at me, telling me she would not. I have never been so unimpressed with the lack of customer service. I will never return!!

This staff is a bunch of crooks!!!!!I brought a tiller there to get the pull string re-attached and the spring aligned. At first the lady at the service said the charge would be $26 plus parts. I asked her how much would it cost and to look for the parts needed... she explains that it would be $70 for the part. I explained to her that i would rather buy a new one if that's the case. Next thing you know, she explains that the part would cost $5.00...Funny how that works. Anyways, I received the tiller six days later and paid around $45 for the labor and parts. Upon putting gas, the lower part of the tiller where the fuel lines are located started to leak. I noticed that they have disconnected the line and I re-attached it myself. It constantly leaked and I called and spoke to Michael and he states to bring it in.It did not leak before taking the tiller to them. Once face to face, he accuses me that I deliberately caused this incident. I explained to him that why would I come here, all the way from Moncks Corner, to bring it to him and spend more money. In addition, I explained to him that I took the tiller here to get the pull string re-attached and that the fuel line did not leak before and now it does. He tells me that his guys are HONEST guys and that they have no intention of deliberately sabotaging for pure profit..... WELL BE FOREWARNED EVERYONE, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE BY TAKING MY EQUIPMENT TO GET IT FIXED HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. BASED OFF OF THE REVIEWS, THIS IS ANOTHER TESTAMENT THAT THE STAFF ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. AGAIN BE FOREWARNED.

I took my mower in to have the engine checked. When I took it in the only thing wrong was it would not start. They gave it new blades purged and redid the fuel system. When I got it back... The self propelled system did not work. They said they never touched it. AND the is a spring that goes to the gas tank area that both ends are not connected. I am scared to crank my mower now. They will not help me. I am a 69 year old lady with heart and lung problems. I guess they fix one thing and break another for more of my money. I am sorry I used them. Very nice and very helpful, the Lady in parts is very good looking up the parts for me that I needed.
