Losing our beloved Shetland Sheepdog after almost 17 years was extremely difficult. I didn't want to ever part from him so we chose to have him cremated. His body was picked up at the vets office and his ashes were delivered the next day by Mr. Furlong to our home. I picked a beautiful urn from his website at a fraction of the price on site and received his ashes in the urn along with a certificate of cremation and sympathy card all delivered in an adorable gif bag. Very professional service now our Tanner baby is at rest at home.

These people are horrible!!!!! They have no compassion and will only add to your sadness and missery! Our beloved pet recently passed away, and we called our vet who referred us to Furlong Pet Cremation Services. The guy came and walked into out home and introduced himself as the funeral home director. He asked us how much our pet weigh and what she died of and not once was there any kind words of comfort. In fact, he was more concerned with wrapping her up in a blanket so she won't make a mess in his vehicle! Two days later, a lady whom we have never met before returned to our home with a plastic sack. Inside the sack was a cheap tin box which contains our little baby's cremated remains. Just looking at the tin box makes us cry, because our little darling deserves a much better urn than a .65 tin can! It was a terrible time for us, but I feel that our anguish and sadness were multiplied by the service we received from Furlong. We do not recommend there service!
