        Overall

        I purchased a phone on Saturday and the sells person was ask if we could keep our old number and he said yes. After we got home with the new phone our old phone began to ring. We checked the new phone and it had a different number . We returned to the store and the told us they could not change the number. We asked for our money back and they would only refund the phone less a 25.00 restocking fee and none of the activation fees. This is the first and last time I will ever deal with this Cricket location.
