Foam Engineers

Drywalls
Wet Blown Cellulose can be used in a variety of residential and commercial constructions. We use this material as an ignition and thermal barrier over our spray foam where required. We also have materials that may be applied to absorb sound. A variety of colors are available (such as white, tan, brown, black) for areas where a traditional drywall ceiling will not be installed. Several of our products are used almost exclusively in commercial construction while others are regularly used in either commercial or residential construction

Residential Roof Repair
Exterior Foam systems is another product we also apply. These are very tough foam systems primarily designed as roofing systems. They can also be used to insulate material storage tanks. Special coatings are then applied for heat reflection and enhanced durability.
Residential Roof Replacement/Installation
Exterior Foam systems are also applied by Foam Engineers. These closed cell spray foam materials are more dense foams (compared to interior foams) primarily designed as material tank insulation or roofing materials. The foams are dense because they must withstand snow, rain, hail, and other conditions which could degrade a lesser system. Special coatings are applied over the foam for heat reflection and enhanced durability.

Insulation
What we don’t offer is just as important. We do not offer conventional insulation systems as our “primary” product, because we do not focus on initial installed cost. We understand the up-front cost of any insulation system is very low compared to the total construction cost and the ongoing expense of heating and cooling. We are focused on providing the best overall value. If we do things right, create a well insulated and sealed environment that can be affordably heated and cooled, you will save money! Our primary goal is to utilize improved technological options to save you money and increase your property value. Improved comfort, cleaner air, and a quieter living space are just fringe benefits!

Foam Engineers drilling 5/8″ holes to inject PolyMaster R-501 block fill insulation into masonry wall. R-501 is sometimes called R501 or Core Fill foam.
