Jack Z Air Conditioning Heat

The house was extremely hot and I couldn’t deal with it anymore. He came in a quick time, fixed the A/C, charged a more than reasonable price, and went on his merry way. Will be calling him for future problems.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!!!! Terrible! My unit has a 5 year coil warranty that HE GAVE when he installed it and I called him to get the coil replaced because I spent 3 days in 90 degree house because its not working. He came to check it out and said that he will charge only for labor $750, ok fine. Then calls me a week later saying that he can't find the part and that I should just buy it. WHAT?!? I called Goodman Manufacturing and they said they would never sell it to anyone who isn't licensed. Then my dad called him and he said he was gonna charge me $1200 for part and labor. He has yet to get back to me on anything. I have text on multiple occasions. Nothing!! and he doesnt want to do his part of the contract that he put in place for this warranty!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!!!!

Took our money for a circuit board and never came back.

Decent, but my a/c is having a problem After a year . Will update when this get resolved. Hopefully everything can be fixed

Entered the master bedroom without permission and steal stuff in the master bedroom & closet and captured by the security camera. Worst experience ever had.
