If I could give zero stars I would. We've received lessons from this company for three years and recently was treated with the worst business acumen and customer service. I've never come across a more incompetent and rude staff. They made accounting errors on my bill and after sending me their errors are refusing to admit to it. I called for four months trying to work it out and finally got the owner who was extremely rude. Will work hard to get the program out of our school and will never return. So sad after years of being a student.
