Suffolk Shoe Repair

Was with wife when she picked up repaired flats, sandals and leather moc slippers. Guy was talking to a friend and seemed bothered when she asked for her items. He stated that her items were in the two big piles of footwear in the shop. She had to dig around in the piles of shoes to find them (they were not together). Footwear was repaired to her satisfaction but customer service was horrible.
