On January 1, 2016 Dr. Pramod Malik set out to establish his independent practice, VIRGINIA GASTROENTEROLOGY INSTITUTE, to be able to provide for his patients and referring physicians the same outstanding level of care he has always strived for. While the location of his practice has changed, his philosophy of patient care has not: “the best interest of the patient is the ONLY interest to be considered.” He will also be actively engaged in clinical research activities through Virginia Research Institute to provide the latest diagnostic and treatment options to his patients. Dr. Malik is currently practicing in Suffolk, on the campus of Sentara Obici Hospital and in Franklin, on the campus of Southampton Memorial Hospital. He also has privileges at Mary Immaculate Hospital in Newport News. Addresses and links to these locations are provided below. He regrets the inconvenience caused to his existing patients.
