Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever encountered! My husband, three year old and I went in for a simple plate and registration for a new vehicle. VICKY was too worried about what she was having for lunch because she needed something faxed from our insurance company, and gave us the WRONG FAX # to her own branch, and left us sitting there while she went to lunch. A half hour later when she comes back, and sees us still sitting there waiting on a fax after we had to get the right # from someone else, she acts like we're not even there. Finally got the broad to check the fax machine, and she throws it away twice because my name was first and my husbands second! She couldn't even take the time to read TWO lines. The third time my husband stopped her from throwing it away, and when he told her my name was on the policy too, all she said was "oohhhh." No apology or anything. Two hour after we got there and after I told her she was ridiculous and stormed out, we had our plates. Do not go to this branch!

The telephone number is a FAX. An answering machine could give pertinent information and not allow messages to be left. It would also be nice if the hours were posted as well on this yellow pages website.
