My friend Ron also introduced and recommended Salt & Straw because of their Delicious Ice Cream and Honestly, it is Quite Good!

Furthermore, they offer Quite A Nice Selection of Fine Ice Cream and they are also Very Generous On Their Samples That They Give Out As Well!

During my visit, I ended up eating one of their cones which had one of their Special Chocolate Ice Creams for my Topping Choice and Yes, the Taste Was Deliciously Amazing!

I want to personally Thank Ron for taking ME there for Ice Cream back on Friday, October 27, 2017.

There is always a line - always - but it is 100% worth waiting. The Studio City location is tucked into the busy blocks of Ventura Blvd. between Coldwater and Laurel Canyon. It's an adorable store front, but don't plan on staying there to enjoy your treats - there is no inside seating and just a small bench outside. You can purchase ice cream by the pint, or wait in line for cones or cups. They have their regular flavors (which are amazing gourmet versions of stuff like salted caramel - they call it Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbons), and they have specialty flavors that rotate on a monthly basis. The ice cream is phenomenal: rich and creamy, with layers of flavor and sometimes texture. They take some risks with their specialty options, but it's worth trying them - they do offer free sample tastings. The staff is very welcoming and really into the different options. They have single and double scoops, split scoops (two flavors), plus tasting flights, where you get 4 small scoops to taste.
