        Unreliable service

        Had a birthday party and we rented bounce house, tables, chairs and a train for an hour from them. The train never showed up at the scheduled time per the contract. Called many many times and no one had at least the decency to call and apologize about why the train never showed up. The kids were extremely disappointed!! Will never use them again.
