Belleria Pizza & Italian Restaurant

I just ordered take out from there. When I got home, picked up my bag, it ripped and red sauce spilled all over my tan seats. The bottom container lid was NOT on. I called and spoke to George, the manager. I told him what happened and said I understand they are busy with their $5 spaghetti night and that maybe they can make sure lids are actually on and maybe double bag them. He then asked if I wanted to come back for new dinners (15 minute drive and how does that help the red stain on my seats?!) he asked for my name and I told him that it did not matter because I was not coming back.... He HUNG UP ON ME! Good luck running a business like that.

First of all the food is barely sub par for italian restaurants in the area and I went in there today and was appalled at the customer service. I believe it was the owner whom should clearly be in the back making pepperoni rolls because his presence made any customer in there feel akward!! He would yell at the staff right in front of me needless to say I left after a drink because it was unbearable! Never going back!!!

I refuse to go to this place anymore. My husband ordered their pasta and it came with rolls. As he was eating his roll he found a twist tie that comes from a bag of bread baked into it! When we asked for a discount or for his order be taken off of our check they refused saying only the owner can approve it. Their sauce was like water and the whole meal was just disgusting. The service is the worst part. The owner is a cheap jerk and doesn't treat his customers with respect. The servers check on you maybe once and are so rude. I will never waste my time or money there ever again.

the food here is very good and the pizza is delicious best pizza in town and great prices. Service is good too you can't beat them and I don't work at Belleria lol
