Overall

Very poor customer service. The representative was not polite and really made me feel like I was inconveniencing her, and the manager was NO better. Second time this happened on the last 3 months. The first was for the purchase of a mac book pro and today was a pair of beats. Their prices are not competitive with the internet prices on sites like NewEgg and their service is not even acceptable. Needless to say Best Buy has lost a formerly loyal customer.

Overall

The way this store is run is to screw the customers any way they can. The employees lie to the consumer at every turn, especially over in computers to make the naive customer believe they are getting a deal. They say they are not commission based but bonus if they sell alot. Their prices are marked up INSANELY, the customer service there is terrible, and they will do their best to find a way of opting you for your geek squad protection. Do not buy in to what they are telling you, the employees have managers up their you know whats, because their numbers are looked at down to a microscopic level. If you can help it your better off buying from any other retailer other than them.

Horrible Hidden Pricing

Comparatively speaking my laptop was a little over priced... Then they hit you with the service plans (Ask an Agent, Black Tie).

Took it in for the 1st time. They told me that I had to pay $200 for the Tech Support plan. I asked why did I pay $130 for the other 2 plans and could I get my money back?

Now paying a total of $330, or 50% of the actual cost in "service" they tell me that my data could be lost but I could pay $100 per disc to back it up. Buy elsewhere !!!!!!!!!
