Dr Wagner attended Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine where he received his medical degree in 1994. He completed his residency at Akron General Medical Center and served as Chief Resident during his senior year. Dr Wagner has been board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine since 1997, and earned the degree of fellow in his specialty in 2004. He is a member of the Summit County Medical Society, American Academy of Family Physicians, Ohio State Medical Association, and the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians, where he has and continues to serve on numerous boards including the Board of Directors of the Academy, the Board of Directors of the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians Foundation, and chair and co chair of numerous committees at the state level in Columbus where he is quite active, representing thousands of family physicians across the state. Locally, Dr Wagner serves on boards at Akron General Medical Center, and was recently appointed to the Quality Alliance board at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr Wagner is also a Clinical Associate Professor of Family Medicine at NEOMED, our local medical school, where he teaches numerous medical students annually, as well as teaching residents at Akron General’s family medicine residency program. The highlight of Dr Wagners career was when he was recently chosen by his peers to be named Family Physician of the Year for the state of Ohio- 2016 by the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians. Dr Wagner has been married since 2000 to his wife Erika, and has three children, Hailey, Madison, and Connor. In his free time he enjoys traveling with his family, especially in the west visiting all the National Parks. Family...and family medicine, is Dr Wagners passion.
Emergency Care
After regular office hours, on weekends, or on holidays, your call to our office will be answered by a professional answering service and all emergency related calls will be relayed to your physician. Your doctor, or the doctor on call, will return your call as soon as possible. All non-emergent calls, such as prescription refills, insurance referrals or scheduling/canceling of appointments should be done during regular office hours. In the event of a serious or life- threatening medical emergency, please go directly to the emergency department at the nearest hospital covered under your insurance plan.

We are conveniently located in the Health Center at Western Reserve in Hudson. We are located on the 3rd floor, suite 303. There is plenty of surrounding parking, and handicap spaces are conveniently located on both sides of the building. The office enjoys the amenities of on site radiology (xray, CT scan, MRI), a state of the art fitness center, and physical therapy, all in a modern, beautiful setting.

Our convenient location allows us to offer on-site radiology (xray, CT scan, MRI), a state of the art fitness center, physical therapy, and a free standing emergency room. In addition to these services, we have open slots for acute visits daily, such as sore throats, sinus infections, coughs, etc.
