I highly recommend this company. I have found their customer service to be personal and responsive to our company's needs. Applied Logic was instrumental in designing and maintaining the website, and ultimately enhanced the customer experience, thus increasing business.

We use applied logic for a lot of our projects. The work is done right the first time and completed on time. We've contracted with Kim since 2007 - and we trust her work, opinions, and feedback. The 1-star rating is nonsense.

As the business owner I would like to explain the 1 star rating from a Stow YES board member. I spent over 500 hours volunteering for 3 years working with this organization - charging $0 for my web efforts. In Aug 2012 I decided to part ways. On an agreed upon date, I supplied the mutually agreed upon data. What took place after this was hours of work to which I reiterated over-and-over that they had everything needed. I spent time responding to a flurry of emails, working with the BBB, and now responding to these footprints they have left on the internet. Hopefully if someone stumbles on these reviews they will understand that sometimes customers react emotionally. And sometimes as a business there is nothing we can do to calm down the situation. I sincerely have wished Stow YES well - and I hope they continue to build on that success we started 3 years ago. Please know when you do business with Applied Logic, the customer is a #1 priority - ALWAYS!

I have worked with this company for the past 3 years and anytime I have a problem they are always on it right away. They answer my questions and do all that they can to make my website and computers work to their best. I highly recommend this company.

I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs technology services. Very poor customer service.
