Unicorn Golf Course

Under new management, I thought that this course would be improved; I think that it is actually in worse shape. It is extremely overpriced for a course with minimal maintenance. The manager on this past Saturday has no customer service or sales skills at all. He acts as though he is doing us a favor to play there; on the same day, he told us that he undercharged us for our previous round, told us that we should put our clubs on a different cart, and actually accused us of playing extra holes. When I confronted him, he claimed that he was only kidding. Everyone in my four-some thought he was a jerk. Thank God they re-hired Lou and Angelo, as there would be no reason to go back there. What a joke if you want to attract new customers and keep your old ones!
