They were placed through an inframammary incision.

MRI
If the IDEAL IMPLANT ruptures, the saline inside is harmlessly absorbed by the body. In addition, you have the confidence of knowing that your implants are intact just by looking in the mirror. In contrast, if a silicone gel implant ruptures, it is â€œsilentâ€ and cannot be detected by looking in the mirror. Current silicone gel implants have been shown to have a high rate of rupture based on MRI scans.

General Surgery
Dr. Hall began his plastic surgical practice in Boston, MA after completing eleven years of post graduate training, graduating in the top third of his class from Washington University School of Medicine in St Louis, Missouri. He received his MD in 1983. Dr. Hall undertook his residency training in General Surgery and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He received special training in Craniomaxillofacial and Pediatric plastic surgery at the International Craniofacial Institute in Dallas, Texas. As a Plastic Surgery resident at the University of Michigan, Dr. Hall was honored by receiving the award for the Best Resident presentation at the annual meeting of the Midwestern Association of Plastic Surgeons.

Children should be healthy, five years of age or older, and able to communicate their feelings about ear surgery to be good candidates. Daxxify is the newest FDA-approved neuromodulator. Like Botox, Daxxify is an injectable that uses botulinum toxin type A to temporarily prevent muscle contractions and the formation of dynamic lines and wrinkles. Brow Lift
A woman in her later 50â€™s who has some obstruction of her upper vision by excess upper eyelid skin and brow ptosis (age-related drooping of the eyebrows) She is shown before and again 3 1/2 months after bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty combined with browpexy.Â With a brow â€œpexy,â€ the eyebrow are fixed to the orbital septum so they donâ€™t drop further when the patient stands up.Â .Â They are not elevated as in a brow lift but it is a simpler procedure that some patients prefer.
Eyelid Surgery
Eyelid surgery is suitable for both men and women who are physically healthy, psychologically stable and realistic in their expectations of the procedure. Typically, patients opting to undergo eyelid surgery are thirty five years or older, although for patients with sagging eyelids that are hereditary it may be performed at an earlier age. It should be noted that individuals with serious eye conditions or that smoke may not be candidates for eyelid surgery.
Liposuction

Thigh Lift

However, a body lift incision is commonly an extension of a tummy tuck incision, completely surrounding the lower torso. A body lift can be done in many ways. Patients have the option of choosing a combination of liposuction, abdominoplasty, inner thigh lift or more. Face Lift
A facelift, also known as a rhytidectomy, in Boston and Worcester, Massachusetts, is a procedure aimed to improve various signs of aging, which result from many factors such as stress, gravity, and hereditary aspects. A facelift corrects sagging or loose skin in the lower half of the face, deep creases along the corners of the mouth and lower eyelids, and loose skin or fatty areas under the chin and jaw.
Neck Lift
There are multiple methods to a facelift, including the traditional facelift, the limited incision facelift, and a neck lift. A traditional facelift involves an incision from the hairline at the temples to the lower scalp. An additional incision under the chin may be required to tighten loose skin on the neck. Abdominoplasty
Abdominoplasty, also known as a tummy tuck, removes excess skin and fat and also restores weakened or separated abdominal muscles. Factors that often contribute to these issues include aging, pregnancy, genetics, prior surgeries, and significant weight fluctuations. A tummy tuck results in a flatter abdomen that is proportionate with your body shape.
Nose Surgery
Ideal candidates for nose surgery are physically healthy men and women whose nose is completely done growing, and individuals that have realistic goals for the surgery. Individuals who smoke may not be ideal candidates for any surgical procedure.
Body Lift
You may be a candidate for body lift surgery if you have maintained a stable weight for a minimum of three months and are in good health. Women planning pregnancies or smokers may not be suited for a body lift. Patients with loose skin on their buttocks, thighs, hips and abdomen can all benefit from body lift. However, it is important to have realistic expectations of the procedure. Candidates should be both emotionally and physically stable with a strong understanding of the process and the risks involved.
Breast Surgery
After surgery, dressings will be applied to any incisions, and a support garment may be worn to aid in support and reduce swelling. A small tube may also be placed to drain any excess fluid or blood that collects. Dr. Hall will give you specific instructions for breast surgery recovery, and it is imperative that you follow them for a rapid and safe recovery.
Otoplasty
A man in his later 20s with bilateral prominence of the ears.Â He has diminishedÂ antitheticalÂ folds and prominence of the concha.Â His right ear is more prominent than his left.Â He is shown before and again, 6 weeks after bilateral otoplasty.Â The antithetical folds were recreated by rasping the outer cartilage with the Dingman otoabrader to weaken the spring and then placement of â€œMustardeâ€ sutures from behind to stabilize the new fold.Â A crescent of conchal cartilage was also excised to help set the ears back into a natural position.
Gynecomastia
Candidates for gynecomastia surgery include males whose excess breast tissue cannot be corrected through alternative treatments, and whose breasts are done growing. It is important that patients are healthy, non-smokers who have realistic expectations of the surgery. Men who consume great amounts of alcohol or marijuana may not be ideal candidates for this procedure, due to these drugs being thought to contribute to gynecomastia.
