Overall
they've moved and under new management

The ER service moved from Hammer lane to 1661 west fremont by pershing!!! AND is under new management with fresh new staff and 3 new regular ER doctors! No more chatting with several different doctors. The regular exam is down to 75 from 93 too. Definitely an upgrade in service!

Overall
Horrible

They do not care at all only about the money. I took my cat in on New Year's Eve she was very sick they looked at her for 10 minutes came back said it was FIP said she wouldnt suffer. gave me antibiotics in hope they would work and sent me on my merry way. Got home looked it up she didn't have it was something else. Plus they gave me an antibiotic that wasn't even for what they told me. By the end of New Year's Day she had passed was only 6 months old. If they had actually looked at her she would still be here worst vet to go to.

Associated Veterinary Emergenc...

Associated Veterinary Emergency Services is the most horrible veterinary to go to. They misdagnosed my cat's problem. Now let me step back. My cat, Aslan, was found bleeding from his private parts yesterday at home. So we took him to AVES, and they said that it was just a urethral infection, and that it wasn't anything too serious, and that his tail was severed from the inside, so he couldn't move it at all, they told us his tail MUST be amputated, anyways, they keep him overnight and give him an I.V, as he was a bit dehydrated, and were to check his red blood cell count as he lost a lot of blood. This morning, they have not done a single thing they were supposed to do, and never gave us a call that last night letting us know the status of him. Angry, we took him to another vet just a mile up, and the doctor told us that he had internal bleeding and that his tail had some soft torn tissue but would mend on it's own. Therefore rendering the previous doctors allegations completely incorrect and leaving my cat to literally fight for his life. Now we get to sit, and wait, to hear the status of his injuries, whether he is going to live or die.
