        Times are changing but SAFETY should still be #1
        I am disappointed at this year's lifeguard team, well those who aren't really caring about safety, swim tests, & correcting the children when they are not following rules. Parents not present and present depend on the lifeguards to do their job. When I say something I'm just looked at like, and?
