This is not a place you want to live if you relish your privacy. The association is all up in your business, and they’re just a social club that lives to single people out and pick on them. It’s a nightmare inside, pretty on the outside. The management is a joke. Rethink before you make the move into hell. And they just added a new rule...NO grand-children allowed to be seen on the property. No walking them around, no letting them even play on your property if they laugh and giggle making too much noise for the old folks. But it's A okay for them to walk their doggies in baby stollers around the park. Go figure. You buy a very expensive trailer to retire in and you can't enjoy your loved ones. Seriously this place is horrible. You might ask yourself why a homeowner would risk lowering the cost of their home by writing this negative review. Well I'll telll you why. I've spoken to grandparents in here who moved in under a different management, and they were told that it was OK to have their grandkids in here. Then when they were served with a letter stating just the opposite just last week it made me sick. These folks are in the mid to late 70's, meaning most of them won't & can't qualify for a 30 year loan. So they're pretty much stuck, that's why. So check your rights before signing on the dotted line.
