DON'T GO HERE PLEASE....ITS AWEFUL I PROMISE...DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF SUING THEM RIGHT NOW. I HAD A FRONT LOADER WASHER AN DRYER. USED THEM A HANDFUL OF TIMES BOTH BROKE. THE DRYER BROKE THE NEXT DAY AND I HAD TO LOAD IT MYSELF AND TAKE IT BK. THEN IT BROKE AGAIN SAME PROBLEM HAD TO TAKE IT BACK AGAIN. BROKE AGAIN ALMOST CAUGHT MY HOUSE ON FIRE. THEN WASHER BROKE. I WAS CHARGED 1789.00 AND THEY WILL NOT REPLACE AND GIVE ME ONES THAT WORK...

OMG !!! This place is ridicules!! I picked out a gas range that looked pretty good, just needed a good cleaning. Paid for the range expecting delivery the next day. Something told me to be there with my tenant to ensure all was good. First the range they tried to take off the truck was the wrong one. It was so dirty, I decided to go back to the store to inspect the one to be delivered next. It didn't even look like the one I had picked out plus it was half clean, someone has used an SOS pad on the paint. They said " Oh, we were going to spray paint that ". I said I don't want a painted stove and not this one either. They showed me 2 others , both in sad condition. I started to choose one but wanted to see the grates. They were all chipped up. They said we will spray paint them with porcelain and have it ready the next day. I then went home and called 2 other used appliance stores and both said you can not replace that porcelain on those grates by spray painting. With that, we decided to use other options to replace the tenants stove . By the way, they took the old stove and will probably half fix and resale to somebody. I ask for a refund as I never received a range and they reluctantly told me they would credit my account. Its been over 10 days and nothing. Their phone mailbox is full. That's ok because my bank is handling this going forward. My advice...... Run the other way from HBTG !!!!!

THE PRICING MAY BE GOOD, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY SUCKS. THEY TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR, "YES WE WILL CLEAN IT" AND OH WE WILL PUT THE PARTS THAT BELONG IN THERE,

FOR WHEN IT DELIVERED", BUT AS USUAL THE APPLIANCES ARE FILTHY DIRTY, ROACHES IN SOME APPLIANCES, PARTS ARE MISSING. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. I HAVE SPENT ALOT ON MULTIPLE ITEMS FOR A COMPLEX WITHIN THE PAST 2 YEARS. AND WILL NOT BUY NO MORE FROM HTBG. THEY LOST OUR BUSINESS AND SURE THEY WILL LOSE MORE. NEW COMERS BE AWARE.

They forgedba contract with my signature. I've never been to the office to sign anything. What I do have is a delivery slip with my signature that doesn't match the contract.

we bought a refurbished fridge from this place in August. We r now on our 4 th replacement! He will not give our money back and every 4-6 weeks we end up having to replace the fridge. We have had to throw countless lbs of food away and paid tons in excessive pge bills due to fridges running constantly, then it takes days to get someone to answer the phone and then another few days for them to come out to look at the fridge, then another few days to a week for them to come back and fix the problem which usually only lasts for a couple weeks! How this place is in business I have no idea.

Control on oven panel went out with in a couple weeks. Employees never returned my phone calls, and after pressing them for an answer stated the owner refused to repair the unit. Offered to exchange with a unit of lower quality.



Never returns phone calls regarding warranty issues, attempts to switch units instead of repairing. The owner is like "big Foot" never seen at the store and the employees refuse to give out the contact information.



Do not do business here !!
